Daffodils Growing From The Dust..

Daffodils growing from the dust,
catching dew
and looking down on tiny daisies–
that’s you,
trying to whisper a message,
trying to shake off
the melting snow.

From my glass,
lemonade spins, with ice cubes
mimicking church bells at vespers.
I taste your nectar,
hoping to take in your tongue,
but seeds get caught
in lost pauses,
sliding like rocks on a river

Unraveling chains of gold,
wrapping my hands in thread,
I turn pastel tissue paper
into twisted roses,
spun like sugar
weaving a scarf.
When the sun turns into amber,
I’ll offer them to you,
ink-stained and crinkled,
to remember that lost spring,
hidden in rhododendron.

And as a sliver of goldenrod
cracks at the star-studded sky,
I will graze your translucent cheeks,
and embrace your smooth skin,
released from jaundice.

STILL FALLS THE RAIN..

Rejoice the rain
As it freely pours
Seek in each magical drop
Opening heart’s doors

Dance in the rain
To the beats of this heart
Awakening the inner child
Forget being cunning and smart

Play with those rain drops
Like these blossoms do
Soul learns a new rhythm
Inner pain fades away too

Open that window
Let the rain make its way
Neither wet nor dry
Just how fate leaves you everyday

Why walk away the rain..?
Why not be that innocent child again..?

“MAA” ..God’s Special Creation

The spirit of my entity
A pillar of my strength
A shelter and a guide
My mother, love of my life

Unshed tears on your lap,
The most precious gift
you happily unwraps!
Loud cries in your ears,
The most soothing lyrics
you quickly hears!
Bundle of tantrums for
your assignments,
The most important for
you is my requirement!
Whether it be my excitement,
my silence or my complaint,
You are always present!
Sweet, salty or spicy,
When it comes to taste
you are the Almighty!
For my success you are
the flight of stairs,
For my merriment
you are the garden of care,
All the above you are my
“MOTHER”….
